3. EPIC(Electronic Portfolio of International Credentials):
The Electronic Portfolio of International Credentials (EPIC℠) offers primary-source verification of medical credentials to physicians and organizations worldwide. In verifying the authenticity of physician credentials related to medical education, training, and registration/licensure, EPIC employs the same world-class, primary-source verification process used by ECFMG to verify credentials for other ECFMG services, including ECFMG (Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates) Certification, the standard for international physicians entering the U.S. health care system. EPIC’s services are delivered through a web-based platform that offers users security, convenience, and efficiency.

4. Danish Patient Safety Authority (DPSA):
Firstly, you need to complete the form and upload all documents to the website. After completing the process, you need to pay the required fee in the last step.
Cost: 3,508 DKK
Authorization usually takes up to 6 months. It might be delayed upon document preparation and upload.
5. After Completion of Authorization from DPSA:

Before applying for a visa, the Case Order ID payment should be completed.
Cost: COI Fee: 2255 DKK for Applicant, COI Fee: 2380 DKK for each. Embassy Fee: 1745 DKK for each applicant.
The visa application procedure will be started. Form: XG1/2 needed to be completed for the applicant. For each dependent, the MF1 form should be submitted.
For the main applicant, normal visa processing time is 1 month, and for the dependent, normal visa processing time is 2 months. (Source: New to Denmark)
Bank with 6 months maturity. For each, 40,734 DKK or 7.5 – 8 lakhs BDT should be shown in a savings account and the saving account should be in the name of the main applicant and 16,266 DKK or 3 lakhs BDT for each child.
Then online visa application and later need to visit VFS for biometric and document submission.
After the visa application, if the Danish Embassy wants then they will take an interview and also there is a chance that any representative of the Danish Embassy can visit the applicant’s medical college and workplace for authenticity.
6. After arriving in Denmark:
Applicant & Dependent can work full-time, but the applicant can’t start practice.
The doctor will get a 5-year resident permit. The nurse will get a 3-year resident permit. A visa extension is possible.
Children will get free education.
For starting practice as a doctor or nurse, an applicant should learn Danish Language at level 3 (PD3). Then the applicant will sit for an exam where he or she requires 7 in writing, 7 in reading, and 10 in speaking.
After getting the language test result, the applicant will be asked for a training period of 3-6-9 months. Based on that, the applicant needs to sit for an exam. After passing the exam, the applicant can start practicing officially in Denmark as a healthcare professional.
