1. Services By means of the website, GLOBALTURN provides an on-line service described by the following components:

1.1. recruitment and employment information service, where recruiters and employers place advertisements for positions which they
have available, and the possibility to identify desired candidates.

1.2. means for candidates/jobseekers to create a user profile and apply directly to an advertised position.

1.3. Mediated communication upon request and agreement between companies and candidates. It is important to note that when
responding to employers or recruiters you, the candidate, will create a direct contact with them, and as such any arrangements or
agreements that will be formed between you, the candidate, and them, and this contant will not involve GLOBALTURN as a party.
GLOBALTURN cannot be held liable for your use of or any liability arising (save to the extent required by law). This website and its
components are offered for informational purposes and acts as a host for the information provided by its users; the website shall not
be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the website,

and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information. The website offers its services upon the
completion of the registration section, which includes confirmation that the relevant terms and conditions have been read and
accepted. In the event that you do not register on the website, the terms and conditions of the website are still binding.

2.1. The purpose of registration is that the users have the opportunity to share relevant information and create meaningful contact. If

any way.

4.5. Any user who believes that their intellectual property rights have been infringed upon will contact GLOBALTURN and appropriate
measures will be taken. The notice will contain the exact location of the infringing content, the basis on which ownership is claimed,
your full contact information, and a screenshot of the reported infringement.

4.6. GLOBALTURN has the right to block access to the website and terminate the accounts and delete the profile of any
GLOBALTURN users who are repeat infringers of the intellectual property rights of others. These actions will be taken in our sole
discretion, with or without notice. There will be no liability to the user who is blocked or whose account is terminated.

4.7. GLOBALTURN reserves license over public, non-confidential Content provided by the website users. Permission is granted by
the user to the website, that public, non-confidential Content on our website can be used, copied, distributed, or disclosed to
third-parties by GLOBALTURN. Our license to your Content ends when the content is deleted, except for your Content that has been

with any person or entity, post content that is harmful, obscene or otherwise unlawful, post content that infringes trademarks or
copyrights, post spam, viruses or any content of a malicious nature. Web scraping without the explicit prior consent of GLOBALTURN
is prohibited.

5.5. GLOBALTURN reserves the right to access, read, and disclose any information, aswe consider to be necessary in the following
circumstances: be in accord with applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request. enforce the terms and conditions,

5.6. Unauthorized use of the website includes, but is not limited to: harassment or mistreat of other user, collecting usernames, email
addresses and other user information with commercial purposes, such as, but not limited to advertising, marketing, unsolicited
communication with the purpose of promoting goods or services. The services offered by GLOBALTURN are not to be used with the
purpose of advertising for goods or services, circulating petitions, request donations, distribute commercial material, or otherwise
solicit the users.

5.7. The users are not authorized to present any part of the service offered by GLOBALTURN in an embedded format such as in a
“frame” or inline link on any other site, unless explicitly authorized to do so in writing by Company.

5.8. The users are not authorized to to copy, decode, reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the software used by
GLOBALTURN to provide services on the website. Users may not copy, clone, or otherwise reproduce elements of GLOBALTURN´s
services or content. Users may not interfere with, or disrupt, the access of any user, host or network, including, but not limited to,
sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, mail-bombing the services, or by scripting the creation of content in such a manner
as to interfere with or produce obstruction to the website.

6. Promotion of companies and jobs.

6.6. GLOBALTURN offers the possibility for companies to promote their business profile and job vacancies by posting them on
www.globalturn.dk in the indicate section, after agreement on payment. The promotion extends to social media outreach and
advertisements of GLOBALTURN. By posting and paying for featuring announcements on the website, the company authorizes
GLOBALTURN to use the name, trademarks, graphic features and job descriptions posted on www.globalturn.dk to promote the
announcements on various social media or other promotion platforms.

6.7. GLOBALTURN does not guarantee the range and effectiveness of the promotion in any medium.

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. GLOBALTURN does not guarantee uninterrupted or error free service or operation of the website or its services.

7.2. Everything on our website is provided without any guarantees or warranties regarding its accuracy, unless there are terms and
conditions associated with the service that state otherwise. In this case, the users will be informed of such terms and conditions.

7.3. GLOBALTURN is not liable for: all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by existing law and
